The Colorado High School Activities Association and MaxPreps announced its all-state girls swimming and diving teams Monday. A quartet of local athletes made the cut.
Windsor senior Reagan Annable was named the Class 4A Diver of the Year after she won the one-meter diving title with an all-classification state meet record (588.2 points) on Feb. 12 at the Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center in Thornton.
Annable also received all-state first-team honors.
The teams are based on results at the state meets.
Greeley West junior Hope Kayl earned a spot on the 5A first team after finishing third in one-meter diving at state Feb. 12.
Roosevelt sophomore Liviana White earned a spot on the 3A first team after finishing second in one-meter diving Feb. 14. She scored just a quarter of a point less than state champion Mia Williams of St. Mary’s Academy.
Eaton sophomore Arabella Fitch was a 3A honorable mention after placing ninth in one-meter diving at the state meet.
