'Strange Ways' and 'Rocket Ride' appeared in the 14-song set, each marked as a live debut for Simmons. It was the first show of 2026 for the Gene Simmons Band and only the second time the group had performed since Frehley's death on October 16, 2025, at age 74.
Simmons also played 'Cold Gin' and 'Parasite,' two other Frehley-penned songs he has performed before, bringing the total to four Frehley compositions in a single night.
