The Fix: Look for the contoured palm pads on the left and right sides of the handle. Pushing from the center of the bar actually creates a pivot point that makes the bag harder to control. By resting your palm on the side pad (depending on whether you’re a lefty or righty), you’re pushing from the bag’s "spine." This transfers energy from your core rather than straining your wrist or forearm.
