The popular flavor combo has been adored by fast-food connoisseurs for years, becoming a staple at pizzerias across the country and chains like Arby's, Costco, Domino's, Jimmy John's, Trader Joe's and Subway have all hopped on the trend at some point in the past decade. Now, it's Taco Bell's turn.
"Chicken Bacon Ranch is a flavor that people instantly recognize and love," LizMatthews, global chief food innovation officer at Taco Bell, explained in a statement. "By pairing it with our Street Chalupas—a form that earns more and more fans with each passing iteration—we’re giving this iconic combo a new platform to shine in a way that’s unmistakably Taco Bell."
That's not the only plan Taco Bell has for the combo, though. It's also launching a new version of its Nacho Fries.
