The 45th annual Willits Classic is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 15, featuring a 3-mile (5K) run/walk and a 10-mile run.
The course winds through Willits’ scenic back roads and offers participants a way to welcome the approach of spring. Net proceeds from the event benefit the Willits High School Cross Country and Track & Field teams. Last year, race organizer North Coast Striders donated $2,000 to the program.
