Mr. Sammy Qualls On January 25th, 2021 a buy bust led to a drug arrest at the Gordonsville McDonalds. Sgt. Junior Fields conducted the buy bust on Mr. Sammy L. Qualls after he agreed to pick up crystal methamphetamine in Cookeville and bring it to the Gordonsville McDonalds. Upon his arrival, Sgt.
