BATH, N.Y. — Police say a Steuben County man tried to prostitute his 7-year-old daughter in exchange for methamphetamine.
Deven L. Miller, 31, of bath was charged with criminal solicitation, promoting prostitution, and use of a child in a sexual performance, all felonies. He was arrested Jan. 9 after a lengthy investigation into a report received by Bath Police, and remains in the Steuben County Jail without bail, the Bath Village Police Department posted Jan. 24 on Facebook.
Police said the daughter was not victimized and that Miller does not have custody of the girl.
