ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more about a water leak on East Avenue that one resident says left her apartment flooded.
We saw water dripping outside of Salinger’s Bar and Golden Port Restaurant on East Avenue and saw the Rochester Fire Department at the scene. After that, we learned that water had been shut off at the apartment building above.
