A massive plume of smoke billowed from a fire that engulfed a church in the south suburbs of Chicago as firefighters fought the blaze Tuesday afternoon, video showed.
Around 3:35 p.m., aerial footage from NBC Sky 5 showed a large cloud of smoke rising from a fire at the True Light Baptist Church, located at 1602 Drexel Avenue in Ford Heights.
Firefighters at the scene used several hoses to spray the church, video showed. A large hole in the roof of the church could also be seen.
