Further Confusion 2026: The Beach Episode, was a four day annual event that brought in about 4,000 participants.

According to the website; “‘Furry’ is a colloquial term used to describe a particular category of fictional animal. A Furry creature is anthropomorphic, where human and animal characteristics are both present. It can be physical, mental or both.”

FurCon, an event by Anthropomorphic Arts and Education, is a non-profit event, and benefits a different local charity each year, this year it was the Bay Area Street Dog Coalition, who provide veterinary care for people experiencing, or at risk, of homelessness.
