Three years on, Harding believes she’s grown significantly since her last appearance. “I was 22, now I’m 25,” she said. “I feel like every situation I’ve been in since then has been a lesson in knowing what I want and don’t want. I really want to meet someone and settle down.”
She added that she hopes her journey will resonate with viewers, particularly younger fans. Sharing that she plans to “Portray to the younger generation that you don’t let people walk all over you.”
Harding also reflected on her dating life since winning the show, “Well Sammy and I broke up and then I had another boyfriend up until six months ago,” she said. “The last six months I’ve been partying, holidaying, working and just living life.”
Looking ahead, Harding said she’s excited to embrace the full experience once again “It’s so exciting,” she shared. “It was surreal - all the support as well, you don’t realize how many people are behind you, it’s lovely.” Harding shared she was surprised by how big the franchise was upon returning, adding, “I knew it was a big show, but I didn’t realize just how many people watched it - being recognized everywhere I went was a bit of a shock!”
