ALL-BAY AREA GROUP FOOTBALL TEAM

WIDE RECEIVERS

First team

RJ Mosley, Pittsburg, 6-4, 185, senior

Arizona commit caught 84 passes and had an NCS-best 1,302 yards to go along with 14 touchdowns. Was named Bay Valley Athletic League offensive player of the year and BANG Contra Costa County player of the year. 

Judge Nash, Archbishop Riordan, 6-0, 160, senior

Harvard commit caught 37 passes for 1,053 yards and 16 touchdowns. Named WCAL wide receiver of the year. 

Cynai Thomas, Archbishop Riordan, 6-2, 165, senior

Oregon State commit hauled in 49 passes for 902 yards and 18 touchdowns. Earned all WCAL first-team honors. 

Second team

Finley Rivera, Acalanes, 6-0, 180, junior

Caught 57 passes for 1,034 yards and 14 touchdowns. All DAL Foothill Division first-team selection averaged 18.1 yards per catch.

Max Thomas, Los Gatos, 6-5, 190, senior

Finished with 46 receptions for 960 yards and 10 touchdowns. Was named Peninsula Athletic League Bay Division co-wide receiver of the year.  

Gary Youngblood, El Cerrito, 6-0, 160, senior

An elite athlete, Youngblood was El Cerrito’s top offensive weapon. Helped lead the Gauchos to a Division 4-A state championship.

Oregon State commit caught 23 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns. Earned all EBAL Mountain Division first-team honors. 

Second team

Andrew Bjornson, Miramonte, 6-4, 205, senior

Caught 41 passes for 559 yards and five touchdowns. Three-star prospect was an all DAL Foothill Division first-team selection. 

Crosby Kelly, Campolindo, 6-5, 235, San Diego State

San Diego State commit caught 14 passes for 241 yards and was integral as a blocker in Campolindo’s run game. Earned all-league first-team honors.
