A school bus was involved in a crash in Chicago’s West Englewood neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, video showed.

Around 4:40 p.m., a school bus was involved in a crash near the 1900 block of West 63rd Street, according to video posted on social media.

Video posted to social media showed a school bus and emergency responders blocking traffic at the intersection of South Damen Avenue and West 63rd Street.

The school bus had a sign reading “O’Neal Transportation Inc.,” as seen in video from the crash.

The crash occurred within blocks of Earle STEM Elementary School, though it was not immediately clear if students from the school were involved or who was on the bus at the time of the crash.

As of 5:30 p.m., a spokesperson for Chicago police said they were still waiting for officers who responded to the scene to report information.

Chicago Public Schools did not immediately respond to NBC Chicago’s request for comment.
