ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Sunday thrift sale took place this afternoon at ARTISANWorks from noon to 4 p.m. The event featured a variety of local artwork, including paintings, photographs, prints, and sculptures. Most pieces were framed and ready to be hung.
Kimberly Trenholm, CEO of Artisan Works, said, “People have found that they can’t typically afford original artwork and it’s been a wonderful experience for them to find something affordable and livable, and it’s just changed their living space.”
The thrift sale occurs every Sunday at ARTISANWorks on Blossom Road, which Trenholm said recently celebrated its 25th year in business.
