VICTOR, N.Y. — Eastview Mall Deputies responded to a report of a man attempting to steal $8,479.76 worth of baseball bats and baseball gloves from a Dicks Sporting Goods store on Saturday.
Frank W. Clark, 43, was arrested for stealing the equipment without paying for it. He attempted to hide a bat inside his shirt at the time of his arrest, officials say.
Deputies say Clark was the suspect who stole from the Dicks Sporting Goods store back on Nov. 8, 2025, stealing the equipment over the timespan of Nov. 8 to Dec. 27, according to reports.
He was arrested on charges of grand larceny in the third degree and possession of burglar’s tools, according to reports.
He was taken to the Ontario County Jail and awaits arraignment.
