MACEDON, N.Y, — The Macedon Police Department has reported two additional arrests in a burglary at Filers PowerSports in 2023, in which a vehicle drove into a garage door on the side of the building and nine dirt bikes were stolen.
Seven people were indicted in November 2025 in Wayne County Court, with four of them taken into custody in November. At that time, the final two suspects — Mia J. Fernandez of Bradenton, Florida; and Cordae A. Terry Sr. of Rochester.
According to police, Fernandez was located in Florida and was taken into custody at her workplace with the help of the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office. She waived extradition and was taken back to New York on Dec. 2 by Macedon Police. She was arraigned and released, and is to appear at a later date in Wayne County Court.
Terry turned out to already be in the state prison system. He was arraigned and sent back to prison to appear at a later date in Wayne County Court.
Police said a seventh indicted suspect was determined to be deceased.
In March, a Rochester man was charged with burglary and other crimes in connection with the burglary.
