Mumbai: All incoming passengers from Kerala to Maharashtra will have to present RT-PCR negative reports, as per the new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by the Maharashtra government on Thursday. The SOPs were issued in continuation of the order released on November 23, 2020, by the Maharashtra government, under Section 2 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, conferred under the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
