The $30 million project was approved with a vote of 170 to 160.
The project includes building a new bus garage and making improvements to both the elementary and high schools.
Most of the funding will come from New York state aid, while $7 million will be sourced from the district’s capital reserve funds.
Officials said there will be no impact on the tax rate.
