When it comes to health advice, the internet is like an unsolicited auntie who means well but somehow makes everything way more confusing. As a health editor with almost eight years in the game, I'm here to clear something up: there's no one way to live well. I've always been more interested in how you can do so and feel good - no matter what that looks like to you. With that mind, I bring you our Feel-Good Awards: health edition.
