ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police officers are investigating the stabbing of a man in the area of Joseph Avenue and Eiffel Place at about 5:10 p.m.
Officers found the victim, a 61-year-old man from Chili, at the public library across the street. He had stab wounds to the lower and upper part of his body. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive.
There are no suspects in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers or 911.
