Viewers think they know the Sharks extremely well by now. But according to the people who run the auditions and produce the show, there’s still plenty that fans don’t see that happens behind the scenes. Executive Producer Clay Newbill, who has been with the show since day one, says the reality series is exactly that – completely real.
“People always ask if the show is real. And I eagerly tell them that it is 100 percent authentic,” Newbill exclusively tells Parade. “The Sharks are truly good souls,” he said. “They are Renaissance people. They are all kind, fascinating to talk to, and super smart!”
