Chris Doering also has the Bulldogs taking home their fifth National Championship, but he has them taking down John Mateer and the Oklahoma Sooners to do so.

Georgia’s defense and special teams were the heroes of the game, coming up with an interception and a blocked punt that both led to touchdowns for the Bulldogs. The defense also forced a turnover on downs inside Alabama’s own 15, which led to another score.
The Bulldogs will now have a little under a month off before they play again. Their next game will come on Jan. 1 against the winner of Tulane or Ole Miss.
