Two Rivers Marketplace in west Greeley along U.S. 34 and 83rd Avenue has begun to take shape with the latest addition of a 65-foot arched monument sign.
John Stephens, owner and developer, said commercial interests have begun to sign deals and negotiate on properties available within the site. An O’Reilly Auto Parts store will locate within the development, and a national Asian restaurant chain will purchase a lot at the corner of U.S. 34 and 83rd Avenue.
“Our goal is to create a commercial community that attracts great restaurants and service providers. As West Greeley continues to grow at more than 3% per year with many new residential communities, our hope is that people will find everything they can possibly want at Two Rivers Marketplace,” Stephens wrote in a press statement.
He said that a national convenience store and fueling station are preparing to break ground in the spring. He said he was unable to provide the name until later. BizWest previously reported on its Breaking Ground website that Murphy USA had filed applications with the City of Greeley to locate at Two Rivers.
Several other developments are pending.
“We are also working with a world class pickleball company on a large internal core lot close to 2.5 acres. With all of the interest in Two Rivers Marketplace, we’re looking to submit for Phase II with the city of Greeley, with another six internal core lots, including three restaurant sites backing to the permanent open space,” Stephens said.
