Westbound Interstate 70 was closed Sunday near Glenwood Springs for a crash as snow fell on mountain roads, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

As of noon Sunday, westbound I-70 remained closed in western Colorado between exit 133 for Dotsero and exit 114 for Glenwood Springs, according to CDOT officials.

No information about the crash was immediately available Sunday afternoon, but CDOT cameras in the area showed snow-covered roads and still-falling flurries.
