ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Are you looking for a way to remember the bicentennial season of the Erie Canal even into the New Year?

The public can pick up a free 2026 Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor calendar at some local libraries and visitor centers starting on Dec. 1. The calendar will feature the winners of this year’s Erie Canalway photo contest.

The calendars will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. This year’s cover is “Tranquility in an Aqueduct,” taken in DeWitt by photographer Adam Fine.
