Select Group, the Dubai-based private developer, has announced the launch of its latest project – 15 Northside in Business Bay, marking its first foray into Business Bay and Dubai’s Downtown district. The new project is the developer’s first since it handed over Jumeirah Living Marina Gate in July 2020. 15 Northside will be located on the Dubai Canal and work has already begun on the project, the developer said in a statement.
