CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — A 36-year-old man is facing drug related charges after the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says he tried to bring in drugs into the Ontario County Jail while being processed on separate charges.
On Aug. 20, deputies say Jeffery Kearns was being processed on separate charges at the Ontario County Jail, and tried to hide large amounts of cocaine and crack cocaine.
Kearns was charged with criminal possession of a narcotic drug. He is in custody at the Ontario County Jail and being held without bail on his other charges.
