The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association has announced their November dual meet polls, and the Virginia women continue to dominate the top spot with Texas coming in behind them.

Virginia had two dual meets in October, one against Florida on October 10th and another against UNC on October 24th.

Both meets saw the Cavaliers dominate the leaderboards, outscoring the Gators 224-127 points and the Tar Heels 203-90. They also dominated the overall NCAA rankings, and they currently lead the country in six different events.

Claire Curzan and Anna Moesch both have two top times, with Curzan leading the 200 back and 100 fly and Moesch having the top times in the 100 and 200 freestyle. Moesch’s 200 free time of 1:41.42 is the fastest NCAA October time ever in the event.

Freshman sprinter Sara Curtis has the top time in the 50 free at 21.18, and she is joined in the top eight in the event by two other Virginia swimmers, Claire Curzan is 4th in 21.48 and senior transfer Bryn Greenwaldt is 8th in 21.76 (nearly two seconds faster than her DII NCAA record of 21.92).

Finally, Aimee Canny has the top 200 IM time to come in just ahead of teammate Leah Hayes.

The Texas women are currently in 2nd, maintaining their position from the October polls as well. They have also swum two meets since the last polls, one against Alabama and one against Tennessee.

They won both of their meets as well, outscoring Alabama by nearly 100 and beating Tennessee by just over 40 points.

One of the biggest jumps in the rankings was Louisville moving up four spots from where they sat in 7th in October to come in just behind Texas in 3rd, bumping Stanford from the position. The Cardinals had a very strong October, defeating Tennessee and Auburn at the end of the month in a double dual.

Stanford dropped to 4th while NC State moved up to 5th from their 8th place ranking last month.

Other notable jumps came from LSU, moving up 10 spots to sit just outside the top 10 in 11th and Auburn jumping from 20th to 13th. Arizona also moved into the rankings after being unranked last month
