Chick-fil-A Is Testing Chicken & Waffles Sandwiches in 2 Major Cities
A Chick-fil-A franchise's post from just a few days ago suggests that the test was actually supposed to happen already, but has since been postponed a few weeks–but that's to the benefit of fans, because now you know about it before it's too late.
According to the Nov. 5 Facebook post from a Chick-fil-A in Maryland, that particular location, as well as several others in the Baltimore area, will be serving two Chicken & Waffles Sandwiches. One is exclusive to the breakfast menu, while the other will be made available for lunch and dinner.
"Shut the front door!" one very excited fan exclaimed upon becoming aware of the announcement.
"What?!" a third declared in disbelief. "WOW!! Yummmm."
"I’ve been saying they should do this for years!!! ???," a different fan squealed.
According to the original Facebook post from last week, the test run was initially slated to begin on Monday, Nov. 10, but has since been pushed to Monday, Dec. 1. A reason for the delay was not provided.
