She alleged that throughout their marriage he “would frequently violently choke me [and] violently squeeze my head with both hands,” claiming he threatened to kill her and “almost” succeeded “so many damn times.” She also accused him of stealing her electronic devices and illegally leaking texts and nude photos.
The permanent order comes just weeks after TMZ reported that Phypers was released on $200,000 bond following an arrest outside a courthouse hearing with Richards.
