Harold Fannin Jr. (Browns) was one of the highest recommended TE waiver wire pickup this week.
Analysis
Harold Fannin Jr., Browns — Rostered in 46% of Yahoo Leagues (Suggested 6-8% FAAB Bid)
With six catches on eight targets for 62 yards and a score on Sunday, Harold Fannin Jr. has now hit 9+ fantasy points in three of his last four games. He’s not posting Tyler Warren or Oronde Gadsden II upside games, but he’s offering one of the better floors at the tight end position and still remains available in more than half of Yahoo leagues. Ultimately, he’s the TE7 in points per game on the season, and has been better since Dillon Gabriel took over at QB. If you don’t have one of the top eight or so and can’t get Gadsden, make your move for Fannin before he’s gone.
Recommendation: Should be added in 10-team leagues

Who are the best stashes from the Fantasy Football TE Rankings?
Colston Loveland (Bears) is the best tight end stash ahead of Week 9.
Analysis
Colston Loveland @ Bengals (22%)
While Colston Loveland’s usage is still nowhere near what we would expect out of a tenth-overall pick, we have seen an apparent uptick as of late, including a season-high 10 routes run out of a wide alignment against the Ravens last week. His 75.6% route participation ranked third on the team (Rome Odunze, D.J. Moore), though his 10.5% target rate (3-38-0) left a lot to be desired. But with two months of the offense now under his belt, and Cole Kmet seemingly still “week-to-week”, this should be a good spot for the rookie to take advantage of a Bengals defense that ranks dead last in schedule-adjusted fantasy points allowed to the position.
Through eight games, Cincinnati has allowed the third-highest yards to the position (75.5) and a whopping ten TE touchdowns, almost doubling the teams in second place (six). They’ve been consistently exploited by tight ends in the red zone and have struggled to contain athletic pass-catchers over the middle. Things set up well for a Loveland breakout, and he is available in 78% of Yahoo leagues. If you’re looking for a desperation streamer or upside stash at the position, this is the kind of matchup that could launch a second-half surge.
