Moises Caicedo has split from his agent, according to a now-deleted statement.
The Chelsea midfielder had taken to social media to share the news with a statement from his lawyer posted on his Instagram account on Monday.
The message claimed he is no longer represented by Manuel Sierra of Football Division Worldwide.
According to the agency’s website, they also represent Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim as well as Red Devils captain Bruno Fernandes.
However, Caicedo is no longer one of their clients, according to the statement, which was deleted later on Monday night.
, reported by Football.London read: “Chelsea Football Club star Moises Caicedo has separated from and is no longer represented by his former agent Manuel Sierra of Football Division Worldwide and he is not represented by Ali Barat of Epic.
“The contract ended on August 14, 2025, and the player has now appointed people he can trust.”
Sierra is understood to have acted as Caicedo’s representative when he completed his move to Chelsea from Brighton in 2023.
The Ecuador international joined the Blues in a deal worth £115million two years ago.
He also penned an eight-year deal at Stamford Bridge through to the summer of 2031.
Chelsea also have the option to extend his contract by a further year.

Meanwhile, he has won both the Conference League and Club World Cup with the Blues.
The 23-year-old, who was also wanted by Liverpool in the summer he opted to join Chelsea, has previously attracted interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia.
Amongst those sides were Al Nassr, although the Blues made their stance clear earlier this year that they would reject any offers.
Caicedo remains a key member of Enzo Maresca’s squad after entering his third season with the club.
The Blues do currently have injury fears over the midfielder, though, even though he was not included for Ecuador’s matches with the USA and Mexico this month.
