ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Two people were arrested Sunday night after police say shots were fired on Weld Street in Rochester.
Police said an Audi was hit by gunfire around 8 p.m. About an hour later, officers arrested a 17-year-old boy who they say had a loaded ghost gun in his waistband.
Another man, Jahmir McMorris, 20, was also arrested after police said he threw a loaded handgun while running away from officers. McMorris faces criminal possession of a weapon and prohibited use of a weapon charges.
The 17 year old also faces criminal possession of a weapon charges.
