VICTOR, N.Y. – A Rochester man was charged Saturday evening with aggravated DWI in the town of Victor.
Ontario County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kurt Schultz Jr. after receiving multiple reports of a sick or intoxicated driver traveling east on State Route 251.
Deputies said Schultz crashed into a garage door on Keefewood Drive. Schultz also hit a sign on Route 251 and Cork Road, deputies said.
Schultz was given several traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
