The "Livin' on Love" singer announced in September 2021 that he had been dealing with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease for 10 years at that point, which affects the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord that control movement, sensation and muscle function in the arms, legs, feet and hands.
The "Last Call: One More for the Road" finale will be the final full-length concert to celebrate Jackson's more than 30-year-long career. The star will be joined by other popular country singers, including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Lee Ann Womack for the concert, along with many more names yet to be announced.
