The bank’s executive floors will be at the tower’s summit, with residential units positioned on the levels below.
Additional Alta Bank and rental office space will be housed in the podium, with retail and leisure space in the street-level public plaza.
The tower’s podium has been scaled to align with the surrounding urban fabric, containing terraces, gardens, pedestrian areas and interiors’ designed to increase natural light throughout.
The building has green features such as vertical louvres in the façade that reduce solar heat gain. Local materials have been prioritised to allow for modular construction.
The 35-storey building is located within New Belgrade’s Block 32, adjacent to the Merkator Shopping Center, the future Merkator Station on Line One of the city’s planned metro system and within walking distance of the Ušće Park promenade.
