The Norway international has become the first-ever top-flight player to be substituted before half time in three consecutive starts.
Against Leeds on August 23, he was withdrawn after 38 minutes with his shoulder problem and another early exit followed.
In Arsenal’s clash with Nottingham Forest on September 13, their captain was taken off after 18 minutes with the same issue.
Now, with his 30th-minute substitution against West Ham, he’s made it three straight starts without making it to the break.
So far this term, Odegaard has only completed two 90-minute games in all competitions.
That has to be a major concern for the Norwegian, who is now looking at another spell on the sidelines.
Manager Mikel Arteta brought Martin Zubimendi on in his place during Saturday’s game, moving Declan Rice forward.
