Saturday, September 27th, 2025 McAuley Aquatic Center, Atlanta, GA 25 yards (SCY) “2025 GT Intrasquad” on Meet MobileThe White Team came out on top in Georgia Tech’s season-opening intrasquad meet, defeating the Gold Team 409–372. The meet featured seven intrasquad record-breaking performances, with both squads splitting the 28 events with 14 wins apiece.
Leading the way was senior Phoebe Wright, who took down a pair of individual event records, and helped notch a new relay intrasquad mark.
Wright set new intrasquad records in both the women’s 200 IM (1:58.43, marking a new best from 2022 of 2:03.33) and 200 backstroke (1:54.32, just off of her ACC Championships time of 1:53.52) while also anchoring the 400 freestyle relay that set a new mark.
Wright joined Jillian Ferrari, Anna Hadjiloizou, and Nina Stanisavljević in the women’s 400 freestyle relay, touching in 3:23.15 to lower the previous mark by over five seconds.
The records continued to pile up on the women’s side. Sophomore Zara Masud finished in 54.00 in the 100 fly (just off of her best from ACCs of 53.34), while Vivien Rothwell delivered her 54.82 to claim the 100 back record.
In the sprint free events, Stanisavljević powered to a 23.08 in the 50 free, just over a second off of her best of 22.05, and Giovana Reis added a 1:49.63 in the 200 free to add to the record-breaking total.
The Yellow Jackets had 18 different individual event winners on the meet.
