SENNETT, N.Y. — A Geneva man has been arrested after being accused of “inappropriate conduct,” involving a juvenile resident at the Harriet Tubman Residential Center in Cayuga County.
State police say while Marvin Edmonds, 51, was working at the facility, he had an “inappropriate interaction,” with one of the residents, who is a minor.
On Wednesday, Edmonds was taken into custody at his home in Geneva and was brought to State Police Auburn and arraigned at Cayuga County Centralized Arraignment Part. (CAP)
Edmonds was charged with sexual abuse in the second degree and official misconduct: public servant performing illegal function.
