So far in 2025, the Seminoles are up to 143 points – just 42 away from matching that total as well. There’s a chance the Seminoles get it done in this week’s game against Kent State (current score 35-7 with 3 minutes left in the 2nd quarter), but it’s far more likely to assume they surpass 185 points on the season in Week 5 when Florida State plays Virginia in Charlottesville.
All things considered, it’s hard to imagine Florida State fans having a better start to the season. Tommy Castellanos has been a revelation for Mike Norvell’s offense, the Seminoles opened the year with a win over Alabama and rivals such as Florida and Clemson have struggled out of the gate.
