On Wednesday, Sept. 17, Cline took to Instagram with her first post since she and the History Channel star were involved in a car accident on Sept. 12.
In her lengthy update, she detailed the "terrible" car accident that happened around 5 p.m. last Friday while Wolfe drove on a highway in Columbia, Tenn.
After the accident, Wolfe was transported via ambulance and Cline was airlifted to Vanderbilt Hospital. He suffered a broken nose, stitches and "heavy bruising to his face," but was released on Saturday morning.

"My injuries are more extensive: a dislocated jaw that is also broken in three places, a broken sternum, broken ribs, collapsed lung, and bruising to my spine," she detailed. "I’ve already had one procedure, and my major surgery is scheduled for Monday the 22nd. After that, I’ll leave with a wired jaw and a long road of rehab ahead."
In the carousel of photos, Cline included a shot of her lying in a hospital bed with dried blood on her face and neck, as well as a close-up of her shifted teeth from the broken jaw. She also posted a snap of her heavily bruised legs and chest and her extremely swollen and bruised face. Additionally, she featured a shot of the totaled car.

The city councilwoman, writer and coffee shop owner thanked fans for their prayers and well wishes, noting, "You’ll never know how much your kindness has carried us."
"Every moment is a gift, and I don’t take that lightly. I lost my father at a young age in an accident on the interstate, and I know all too well how suddenly life can be taken away," she concluded. "I would never wish that kind of pain on my son or on Mike’s daughter, and for that reason I am endlessly grateful that we are still here. Broken, yes, but alive, together, and given another chance to hold on to the people we love."
