Excelsior Communities has purchased the Columbus Building, which is located at 50 Chestnut Street. Excelsior is a property management company that has been operating in Rochester since 2016, according to their website.
On their website, it states they have been renovating and upgrading apartment communities in Upstate New York, New York City, and other parts of the country.
Along with the Columbus Building, Excelsior states on their website they have also bought the Terminal Building on Broad Street and 88 on Elm in Rochester.
