Erin gave birth to her seventh child Henry on Aug. 25, and developed a “severe UTI” and a kidney infection which led to septic shock and a weeks-long ICU stay. On Sept. 4, Chad shared that Erin suffered a terrifying seizure.
Most recently, Erin's parents Gil and Kelly Jo Batesshared on Thursday, Sept. 12 that finding their daughter's exact diagnosis has "puzzled" doctors and that her condition has changed "often" throughout her time in the hospital.
