LYONS, N.Y. — A 48-year-old man is facing charges after a narcotics investigation led by New York State Police in the Town of Lyons.
On Sept. 10, state police say they did a traffic stop for a traffic violation on Broad Street in the Town of Lyons, and found Adam Thomas with about 90 grams of cocaine and arrested him.
Later that day on Sept. 10, state police executed a search warrant at Thomas’ home and say they recovered the following:
About two kilograms of suspected cocaine (intact, untested). About 90 grams of suspected cocaine. Four illegal handguns. About eight grams of suspected fentanyl. $2,767.00 A gray digital scale with residueThomas was brought to the Wayne County Jail and charged with the following:
Criminal possession of a controlled substance Two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell Four counts of criminal possession of a weapon Endangering the welfare of a childState police were assisted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit.
