ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Rochester Society for the Protection and Care of Children (SPCC) celebrated 150 years of service, marking a significant milestone in its mission to care for Rochester’s children and families.
SPCC is the world’s second oldest agency dedicated to child protection, serving more than one million children and families since 1975.
