The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
DUI: Daniel Perez, 40, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence causing injury. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Francisco J. Cabanasvela, 30, of Lucerne, was booked at county jail Sept. 2 on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment and of violating a DV order. He was arrested by the MCSO.
VANDALISM: Richard L. Cordova, 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 2 on suspicion of vandalism. He was arrested by the UPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Robin L. Kendrick, 19, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 2 on suspicion of domestic violence and battery, She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Lorna A. Ott, 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 2 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP.
ILLEGAL WEAPON: Franklin A. Patty, 59, of Willits, was booked at county jail Sept. 2 on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and of violating his parole. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
DUI: Juan Zazueta Noriega, 28, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Sept. 2 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and with a suspended license. He was arrested by the CHP.
GANG ACTIVITY: Javier Almazan Naal, 18, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 3 on suspicion of participating in a criminal gang, possession of a stolen loaded weapon, drawing or exhibiting a firearm in a vehicle and vandalism. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Tyler G. Cales, 28, of Willits, was booked at county jail Sept. 3 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Santiago A. Delfino, 35, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Sept. 3 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and making criminal threats. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Jonathan K. Hicks, 35, of El Dorado County, was booked at county jail Sept. 3 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a drug and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the CHP.
DRUG SALES: Christopher M. Moran, 42, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Sept. 3 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was arrested by the MCSO.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
