ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 28-year-old prior convicted felon has pleaded guilty to another possession of child porn charge.
Prosecutors say in August of 2023, Marcobrien Volcy pleaded guilty to possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years of age and was sentenced to one-three years in prison.
In January 2024, while on probation for his 2023 conviction, prosecutors say Volcy had a cellphone with over 650 pictures and videos of child porn.
Volcy faces 10-20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. He is set to be sentenced in January.
