Christian Eriksen is training with Swedish side Malmo as he continues his search for a new club.
The 33-year-old left Manchester United after his contract expired in June but is yet to secure his next move.

The experienced midfielder had been linked with a blockbuster move to Championship club Wrexham, while Leeds have reportedly shown an interest in the star.
Eriksen was pictured training with Malmo on Thursday morning in a bid to maintain his fitness ahead of a potential move.
It is unclear whether the midfielder could earn a contract with the Swedish club but his hopes of playing in Europe appear all but diminished.
Malmo submitted their squad for this season’s Europa League league phase earlier this week meaning if he did sign for the club then he would not be able to feature in the competition until the knockout rounds in early 2026.
That could see Malmo overlook the high-profile signing of Eriksen who is likely to command a salary at the higher end of the club’s wage structure, therefore being unable to play in European competition is unlikely to be deemed feasible.
Eriksen’s failure to land a new club resulted in him being left out of the Denmark squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
Brian Riemer’s side face Scotland and Greece over coming days and his omission is an ill-timed one with next summer’s World Cup on the horizon.
The decision to leave the 144-time capped star out of the squad was a difficult one to make according to Riemer.
“It has been an incredibly difficult and big dilemma for me, as I still think that Christian is one of our best players in many areas,” he told reporters this week.
Eriksen is Denmark’s most capped player of all time with 144 appearances for his countryGetty The ex-Man Unietd mna was omitted from the latest Denmark squad by boss Brian Riemer“But the fact is that we ended up running out of time. He hasn’t had a club to train with in the past two and a half months. Therefore, the assessment from the coaching team is that we have to disregard Christian at this stage.
“This is close to being the biggest dilemma I’ve had. It’s hard to drop a player because you don’t think he’s good enough. But this decision goes against my will.
“If I could choose, he would have had a club and then he would be selected, as he has been used to since he was 18. I have put off the decision for as long as I possibly could.
“There are a lot of circumstances that have made it impossible for him to move to a new club and time has just run out,” he added. “Christian didn’t expect it to take this long for us to get here, but it has.
“Now it’s about Christian finding a place to play. It’s about getting back into team training and getting out and playing, because he’s still a big part of this national team – just not at the next training camp.
“I don’t think it’s in Christian’s interest to train with us. He should spend all his time figuring out where to play football, he shouldn’t run around and ‘have fun’ with us at our camp at Helsingor.”
