It’s almost time to rush to the block for a good evening, good music and good eats.
The 2025 Downtown Greeley Block Party runs from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5. The free community party features more than 15 live music acts performing at the 9th Street Plaza stage, the Moxi Theater, Patrick’s Irish Pub, Gentry’s, 477 Distilling and Stella’s Pinball Arcade and Lounge.
The Burroughs, a Greeley funk-soul family, headlines the musical acts. The band is set to play at 9 p.m. on the 9th Street Plaza stage. Fleeka and Marfa are co-headliners performing at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the plaza stage. The University of Northern Colorado marching band is slated to perform on the plaza, too.
Food trucks, local vendors and downtown Greeley’s Go-Cup service, which allows adults 21 and older to walk around the plaza with alcoholic beverages purchased at the event, will accompany all the live music. Downtown businesses will have UNC student specials throughout the evening as well.
