ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A viewer sent News10NBC security camera footage of car break-ins at Hillside Manor Apartments on Monroe Avenue.
On Monday evening, a News10NBC photojournalist saw multiple cars at Hillside with smashed windows and glass covering the asphalt.
Our crews also saw cars broken into in the Park Avenue area and at Pinnacle Place Apartments on South Clinton Avenue.

In the video, it shows a car pull into a parking lot at Hillside, and a group of people getting out. The people then can be seen going up to different cars in the parking lot and looking inside them.
At one point, a person can be seen sticking their head through the window of the driver side of a white car.
According to Rochester Police, they say a victim called 311 reporting their two cars were broken into on Monroe Avenue, suggesting more break-ins might’ve happened, but there were no other reports made.
